That is why we are excited to offer all of our families this amazing NEW program designed to help you earn money for your individual account while you shop for things that you buy every day!

What Is Scrip?

Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”.  When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn money for your account. There are HUNDREDS of stores and restaurants in our area that participate in this program so you are sure to find SCRIP that will help your family.

How scrip generates revenue for you?

The Great Lakes Scrip Center acts on behalf of our non-profit organization to purchase large amounts of scrip from grocery stores, department stores, and other retailers. Because the scrip is purchased with cash up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. Our organization buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to families like yours for full face value.  The discount - from two to fifteen percent or more –  is what goes into your account.

You & Your Family & Friends Place Orders & Pay Online Anytime

Orders are Processed On The 1st MONDAY  of each month at 8:00am

Orders are Delivered to you on  the 1st THURSDAY of each month at practice.

Funds earned are applied to your account on the 1st of every month

Because orders are placed and paid for online, it is easy for your friends and family to join you in earning money for your player’s account.

 

Orders can be placed any time from anywhere!

All orders placed throughout the month will be compiled and processed the 1st MONDAY of the month.

To ensure that you receive your order that week, I suggest you place all orders by Sunday evening.

All orders will be delivered to you 3 days later on THURSDAY at your practice.

 

You are responsible for delivering any SCRIP ordered for your account by anyone outside of the volleyball club.

 

Each individual SCRIP item earns a specific revenue form 2-15% of the total. This amount will be calculated and applied to your account and a statement will be given on the 1st of each month.

 

 

If the money earned and applied to your account result in overpayment to your account then a refund check will be issued with your statement on the 1st of each month.

THE MAXIMUM REFUND AMOUNT FROM ALL FORMS OF FUNDRAISING CANNOT EXCEED $2300.00

*Scrip cannot be used to pay for Junior Volleyball.
