What Is Club Volleyball & Who Plays It?
Club volleyball is the best way for young athletes to refine their skills in the sport. It is a program packed with practice and highly competitive game experience that yields true athletic growth. Girls and families make the commitment to play club volleyball for many different reasons. The two most prominent reasons are first, to improve their skills to the point that they are able to make their High School volleyball team, and second, to turn their volleyball skill into a volleyball scholarship at the college level. Club volleyball is the number one venue that college coaches at all levels, from division one coaches to small private school coaches, use to scout and recruit. The club volleyball season takes place after the college season is over, thus allowing college coaches to actively follow players at tournaments.
